One of my all-time favourite activities in Kensington is just walking around and exploring beautiful streets. Some of my favourite streets in Kensington are Alexander Square, St. Alban's Grove, Brompton road, Godfrey Street and Cranley Gardens.

Kensington Palace was built in 1605 and was originally a two-storey mansion. The palace was built in the Jacobean style by Sir George Coppin back when Kensington was a village outside of London. In 1689, King William III bought the property because it better suited his fragile health.

This meant that she was able to continue to live at the royal address that she had called home for many years prior to her separation.
